The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Your Role And Responsabilities
- What You'll Do
The Partnerships and Sponsorships Officer is an integral part of the Communications, Brand, and Sustainable Development Department. They report directly to the Head of Operations and Cultural Partnerships of the AXA Group.
Through their actions, they contribute to the activation and deployment of the AXA Group's sustainable development strategy.
Contributing to the reflection on the overhaul of the AXA Group's sponsorship and philanthropic strategy
- Participation in working groups established for this project
- Preparation of agendas and slides for steering committees
- Strategic watch and monitoring
Monitoring of cultural partnerships engaged by the AXA Group
- Participation in contractual negotiations and drafting of partnership agreements in coordination with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement departments
- Assistance in organizing public relations events linked to sponsorship agreements and benefits
- Follow-up of benefits, administrative and financial
Assistance in designing, organizing, and monitoring event operations in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Cultural Partnerships
- Design, organization, and follow-up of event operations for the Communications, Brand, and Sustainable Development Director and the AXA Group CEO Office
- Support to GIE departments and/or AXA entities in designing and organizing events and public relations operations (gala evenings/dinners, sports/cultural events, etc.) in coordination with executive assistants and cultural/sports partners or operators
- Back-office follow-up of events: dashboards, timelines, reporting, and budget tracking
