Stage Chargé d'optimisation de flux logistiques H/F

Merck seeks an intern to optimize logistics flows at an outsourced warehouse near Rouen for eight weeks starting May 2027. The role involves analyzing physical and information flows for receipts and picking operations, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing process improvements to reduce delays and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map existing physical and information flows for receiving and picking operations
• Identify gaps between defined processes and actual field practices
• Conduct diagnostic reviews to detect bottlenecks and non-value-added activities
• Formalize processes using appropriate documentation and analysis tools
• Propose concrete improvements to reduce lead times and enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's student specializing in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Flow Management
• Strong knowledge of flow management and process mapping techniques
• Proficiency with analysis and data tools, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated with analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
