OVERVIEW
As a Performance Analyst Intern at Christian Louboutin, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Business and Client Performance team. The team is responsible for developing stronger client insights across all channels and geographies to provide actionable actions to top management. You will collaborate with various departments (IT, ecom, retail, merchandising…) and support cross‑functional projects while gaining invaluable experience within the luxury retail industry.
Your main responsibilities will be to assist the Senior analyst in the development and transformation of the company through the automation of key reporting, the creation of training materials, and business analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and report on weekly, monthly, and yearly trade, providing insights to maximize business performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on business and client performance depending on the needs.
- Create reports and optimise existing ones using PowerBI.
- Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to update existing reporting and analyse sales trends.
- Develop new formats to facilitate decision‑making processes related to optimise the business.
- Support the team to organize and animate the training to cross‑functional teams on the existing reports and the new ones.
- Communication on the evolution of the automatic reports and update of the user guide.
- Participate in the reporting harmonisation for the company: from workshops, conception of the reports, data checks and deployment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) in business or engineering school. Prior experience in business analysis is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Experience with PowerBI is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- SOFT SKILLS
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Effective time management skills with a punctual and reliable work ethic.
- Passionate about fashion and enthusiastic about the Christian Louboutin brand.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings and ask pertinent questions.
