Nous recrutons au sein du service International, un/une stagiaire short term program pour les mois de juin et juillet. Stage basé à Paris

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

 KEDGE Business School is looking for dynamic and motivated interns to support its Short-Term

Programmes (Summer Schools) team during the summer session. The interns will assist with the

organisation and management of international student groups attending our summer programmes

on the Marseille and Paris campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

international student services, event coordination, and programme administration in a multicultural

environment.

Main Responsibilities

1. Student Admissions & Administrative Support

• Ensure timely communication with students regarding programme details, schedules, and

requirements.

• Provide guidance and assistance to students facing difficulties during their stay.

• Propose improvements to enhance the overall student experience.

2. Student Engagement & Programme Coordination

• Participate in the planning and execution of programme activities.

• Create and manage activities outside school

• Respect the organization and schedule given

• Accompany students during company visits, cultural activities, and networking events.

• Facilitate group dynamics, motivate students, and ensure smooth participation in activities.

• Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies during the programme.

• Provide weekly pick ups and drop offs at the airport and/ or Saint Charles station, guide from

the hotel to school

3. Communication & Social Media Management

• Engage with students through social media before their arrival to answer questions and

create excitement.

• Ensuring communication using whatsaap with group of 30 students

• Provide live updates, photos, and videos on social media platforms to showcase the summer

school experience.

• Ensure clear and effective communication with students throughout the programme.

• Support the promotion of the summer school for future cohorts.

Profil recherché et compétences métier :

 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,

preferably in international relations, business, communications,

hospitality, or a related field

Une première expérience (stage ou alternance) serait appréciée

Digital Skills: Comfortable using social media and basic

administrative tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)Capacité rédactionnelle et relationnelle

Organisation & Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, work

under pressure, and quickly solve unexpected issues.

• Team Spirit & Initiative: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to

work independently as well as in a team.

• Cultural Awareness: Open-minded and adaptable to working in

an international, multicultural environment.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal

skills to interact with international students and faculty.

Languages: Fluency in English is required

Type d'emploi :stage/internship 35 heures par semaine

gratification de stage de 300 euros brut par mois
