STAGE - Assistant Procurement H/F

THE HEADLINE:

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant for the Intellectual Services Purchasing area.

You will join our Procurement department, which consists of around ten employees based in France and Luxembourg mainly .
The aim of this new department is to roll out and consolidate the CACEIS Group's purchasing policy, by supporting the business lines and countries. You will work closely with our entities in Europe

In a context of change and development of our Purchasing strategy :
- You will assist specifiers with invitations to tender for intellectual services.
- You will contribute to negotiations and monitor relations with suppliers in a spirit of quality and responsible purchasing.
- You will contribute to the various Purchasing projects
