Job responsibilities
Louis Vuitton is seeking within its Corporate Partnerships and Global Social Impact Department an intern, fluent in both English and French, to accompany the teams at both LOUIS VUITTON and UNICEF. The internship will support the team in the internal and external animation of the global LOUIS VUITTON FOR UNICEF project as well as other ongoing Corporate partnerships.
This internship is a shared internship, with four days at Louis Vuitton and one day per week at UNICEF. Devoted to partner project management, the intern will be working directly with both the Heads of Corporate Partnerships and its Coordinators at both LOUIS VUITTON and UNICEF. Partnership projects handled by the department include UNICEF, but also other partnerships such as Australian Open, and the America’s Cup, among others.
Main missions include but not limited to
- Providing support to the Partnership’s Team throughout the project implementation process and execution, specifically working on LV for UNICEF projects
- Working closely with UNICEF teams in their offices by supporting and coordinating the LV for UNICEF projects – to become a facilitator in the communications and implementation of projects
- Supporting the development, coordination, and monitoring of our partnership projects (UNICEF, but also other partnerships, etc.)
- Coordinating with Corporate partners and internal cross-departmental teams (Internal Communications, Retail, Digital, Press, Marketing, Finance, Logistics...)
- Participation in the creation of PowerPoint presentations (briefs / debriefs)
- Supporting the Partnership’s team in administrative tasks (organization of meetings, travel, events etc.)
Profile
- Understanding of Social Impact / Partnerships / Communications / Project Management.
- Fluency in both written and oral French/English, another language is a plus.
- Good communication and relationship building skills, great team player.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability to manage several initiatives at once.
- Creative, resourceful, and persistent to drive towards outcome while navigating in a dynamic environment.
