Internship or gap-year position in financial management for a cosmetics and personal care testing business line spanning nine European countries. The role involves monthly financial close, performance analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Verify monthly financial data consistency and reliability across multiple entities
• Produce and enhance financial reporting for the business line and track performance variances
• Support annual budgeting, forecast updates, and financial planning cycles
• Contribute to financial integration of recent acquisitions and ad-hoc analyses
• Assist with ESG reporting, carbon data collection, and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management Accounting
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong English language skills (B2 level minimum)
• Demonstrated curiosity, rigor, and initiative-taking approach
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Comfort working in dynamic, international environments with evolving priorities
