Stage - Analyste Investissements Alternatifs
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main mission of the intern is to support the Private Markets team in the reporting, monitoring and benchmarking of new and existing alternative debt and equity strategies, and to contribute to the development and integration of AI use‑cases into the team’s analytical and reporting processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting, Monitoring and Benchmarking
- Support the improvement, structuring and adaptation of reporting processes for Private Market strategies
- Organize and coordinate the collection of reporting inputs from internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a comprehensive and structured data storage framework
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards related to new strategies
- Support benchmarking and monitoring analyses across private market portfolios
Coordination and Project Support
- Coordinate and help organize workshops with Centers of Expertise (COEs) related to new reporting frameworks
- Support the organization of due diligence processes, including documentation and coordination across teams
AI & Data Transformation Initiatives
- Contribute to the development of AI use‑cases for Alternative Investments
- Gather required inputs (data, documents, qualitative information) to feed AI tools
- Collaborate with Finance Transformation teams to design prompts, workflows and operational flows for AI solutions
- Present progress, results and outputs to the Private Markets team and collect feedback
- Contribute to the assessment of quality, relevance and accuracy of AI‑generated outputs
YOUR PROFILE
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to structure information and work with complex datasets
- Good synthesis and presentation skills
- Previous exposure to Private Assets (Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, Real Assets, etc.)
- Strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint); programming or data tools are a plus
- Interest in AI tools, data analytics or automation applied to investment processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented and international environment
- Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility
- Rigor, reliability and attention to detail
- Proactivity and intellectual curiosity
- Strong communication and coordination skills
