Stage - AML/KYC Oversight H/F

Responsibilities

• Negotiating distribution agreements with distributors and asset managers
• Facilitating KYC-AML and regulatory reporting
• Distribution oversight obligations and due diligence
• Funds data management
• Commercial insight and market intelligence
• Support the Team with administrative tasks
• Review documentation and provide feedback to counterparties (KYC)
• Contact customers to verify various information
• Do research and provide structured feedback to the Team
• Test and use AI in various tasks and activities while keeping a critical eye on results
• Maintain follow‑up file, database or system up to date
• Ensure KYC File input in KYC workflow tool and group KYC tool
• Participate in ongoing projects
