You will be part of a 6‑person team in Paris, responsible for deploying and supporting our trading solutions for brokers, investment banks, and stock exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Establish direct contact with customers throughout the incident resolution process and ensure proper use of the software.
• Analyze incidents and determine criticality level using provided processes and tools.
• Take ownership of customer requests until resolution or escalation, providing workaround solutions when needed.
• Deploy and install our solutions or new features on client sites and train users.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Engineering on client expectations.

Specifics for an Internship

• The support team typically handles real‑time pricing software for major clients, often hosted by Horizon.
• When clients host their own platforms, the support must gather technical details necessary for defect analysis.
• You will identify and document support requirements for each product type and pricing method.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with a BAC+5 in computer science or related field, interested in blending client relations with technical analysis.
• Interest in market finance and trading.
• Excellent customer service mindset, interpersonal, communication skills, and teamwork.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills; fluent in English (oral and written).
• Basic knowledge of Linux OS, systems administration, object‑oriented languages, and SDLC is a plus.
