Staff Software Development Engineer

Staff Software Development Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing the AI-Platform used by Criteos for experimenting and operating machine learning models with an accent on ML OPS stack build and operation. Focus on designing and implementing new features, guiding architectural evolution, and solving scalability and performance bottlenecks.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France

What you will do

• Consult with teams on machine learning experiments and platform usage.
• Design and implement new features for the AI platform.
• Guide the architectural evolution of the platform.
• Investigate and solve scalability and performance bottlenecks.
• Migrate to newer or better libraries and frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience developing and extending large and complex systems.
• Experience with MLOps.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Scala, or Python.
• English: B2 required (both written and spoken).
• Strong commitment to quality designs, automated testing, and documentation.
