Staff Rust Engineer - Fintech Backend, Hybrid, Equity

Finary is seeking a Backend Engineer in Paris to design and build high-performance backend systems using Rust for our fintech platform.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, and mentor fellow engineers while working in a hybrid setup.

Compensation ranges from €80,000 to €95,000, plus an equity package and benefits, including travel coverage for in-person weeks across France and Europe.
