Staff Product Manager for Cash Flow Management

You will define what financial intelligence means inside Qonto, surfacing the right signals at the right moment in an AI‑native way, reporting to Adil, our Head of Product for Financial Tools.

What you will do

• Own Cash Flow Management end-to-end: Set the direction, build the roadmap, and deliver measurable customer and business impact on one of Qonto’s most adopted products.
• Evolve a strong foundation into richer analytics: Turn a highly adopted product into financial reporting that genuinely helps customers understand their business health and act on it.
• Define what financial intelligence means for SMBs: Decide which signals matter most and where they should surface across the Qonto experience, not only inside a dedicated dashboard.
• Keep decisions moving in a complex environment: Align Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Payments, Financing, and go-to-market teams when priorities compete.
• Bring AI into financial tooling: Explore how AI can make cash flow features more proactive and trustworthy, then translate that into real customer value.

• Design sensibility: You have a sharp instinct for when and where information should appear, and how to make complex topics feel simple.
• AI‑native mindset: You’re curious about how AI can make financial tooling more proactive and helpful, and you’re ready to explore that hands‑on with your squad.

Adil built Cash Flow Management from scratch and brings deep experience in financial product design, zero‑to‑one execution, and stakeholder‑heavy environments. Expect a manager who pushes for customer impact and product quality, and helps you navigate the constraints that come with financial and regulated domains.
