Staff Product Designer: Design System Lead (Remote, AI)

Hostaway is seeking a staff-level product designer to own and evolve our design system, collaborating with design and engineering to create a scalable, reusable component library and comprehensive documentation.

You will lead adoption, define the vision, and influence the design workflow across teams while exploring AI tooling to enhance efficiency and output. This fully remote role requires coordinating with teams across the EMEA region and beyond.
