Staff Platform Engineer — AI-Driven DevEx & Scale

Malt in Paris is seeking a Staff/Principal Platform Engineer to define the long-term platform strategy and agentic workflows, partnering with Backend, Frontend, and SRE leads. You will shape a scalable, secure platform and contribute to core foundations across the Malt marketplace.

You will write production code on the systems you design, mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and drive platform adoption as a product experience that accelerates developer productivity at Malt.
