The role in a nutshell

We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced Recruiter to join our growing international Staff‑Leasing team; you will guarantee a premium service tailored to client needs while actively participating in business development to expand our portfolio.

You will collaborate with external and internal recruiters on permanent, fixed‑term, temporary, and consulting assignments, both in France and internationally.

How you will make a difference

• Full responsibility for all recruitment processes of our Temporary employment agency
• In coordination with our Sales team, fully understand the needs of our customers for all TEMPs positions to hire
• Manage the search of candidates for all TEMPs positions: screen best candidates, have a first contact with them, and prepare a shortlist for our customers
• Act as a link between the best candidates for any position and our customers, to ensure that we are delivering our services properly
• Good command of French Labor Market regulation and processes
• Work contracts in Temp recruitment agencies: a comprehensive view of all details, types, etc.
• Maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records
• Good organizational capabilities: appropriate document‑keeping, setting priorities in order to get things well done and on time.

What will give you an advantage

• Strong experience within recruitment, acquired in employment agency environments
• 4‑5 years in recruitment (agency or in‑house), with experience across multiple sectors (Life Sciences, Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Finance/Insurance).
• Native French speaker, English Intermediate level (written and spoken)
• Comfortable with search processes, first discussions with candidates, and customer‑facing time (as needed)
• Able to work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment
• Service‑driven with the ambition to excel
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues
