Staff Frontend Engineer – Web Platform, Performance

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance front-end features
• Define and evolve front-end architecture and design systems
• Conduct rigorous code reviews
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Back-end teams
• Communicate professionally in English

Requirements

• 8+ years of front-end development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java

  Script, and Type

  Script
• Deep knowledge of the browser and rendering engines
• Hands-on experience with Web Performance and Core Web Vitals
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Ability to review and challenge code across a team
• Professional-level English required
• Nice-to-haves: Web Components, open-source contributions, experience in distributed teams
