Staff Customer Success Technical Architect

IBM is seeking a Staff Customer Success Technical Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for our customers, ensuring success, retention and expansion of Confluent deployments.

You will combine deep technical expertise with commercial awareness to guide architectures, patterns and best practices, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and help customers accelerate time to value from their Confluent investment.
