Overview
- Lead reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, Product, and SecOps teams
- Define and manage reliability indicators (SLIs) and service level objectives (SLOs)
- Establish a 24/7 monitoring and on-call organization
- Contribute to the evolution of the Kubernetes-based cloud platform
- Support the skills development and growth of team members
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in critical cloud environments
- Experience implementing SRE practices
- Strong knowledge of AWS environments
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architectures
- Skills in monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident management
- Knowledge of SRE principles
