What you'll do

• Oversee the scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality of assigned Agentic AI projects, selecting the most appropriate delivery methodology - be it Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid - based on client requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer sponsors, IT departments, and business stakeholders, facilitating governance meetings, steering committees, user acceptance testing reviews, and evaluations during the go-live phase.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure readiness for integration and work closely with Agent Architects for discovery and conversational design, while engaging with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead sprints and retrospectives, or conduct stage-gate reviews as necessary, while maintaining documentation standards across project charters, design documents, runbooks, and handover processes.
• Track deployment metrics such as time to first agent in user acceptance testing and milestone completion rates, providing regular status updates and risk assessments to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations, addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned from previous projects.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical program management, program management, or delivery management within SaaS or enterprise software settings.
• Proven experience in delivering solutions related to Contact Center/CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or similar customer experience platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, with the capability to apply the most suitable approach for each project.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with teams located in diverse geographical areas.
• Fluency in both French and German is required, enabling effective communication with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all project aspects are meticulously managed.
