Sr. Sales Partner (France)

Overview

Netflix is seeking a Senior Sales Partner in France to help shape and execute the company’s sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales for France to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a major Agency Holding group and related agencies to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Develop long‑term relationships with key senior clients within those portfolios.
• Develop sales strategies and account plans for the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
• Leverage Netflix’s unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
• 10 or more years of experience in advertising or media, or equivalent experience delivering revenue growth.
• Mandatory experience in digital advertising sales.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and communication objectives and pillars.
• Ability to move easily from strategic thinking to operational tasks.
• Deep understanding of media agencies and holding companies with an established network of senior‑level relationships.
• Preferable people‑management experience.
• Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‑functionally.
• Adaptability in a new and evolving business, navigating risk, uncertainty and ambiguity with appropriate support.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of independence in a dynamic environment.
