Senior / Mid-Level Project Manager (Digital Health) Location: United States (Remote) Job Band: Project Management Specialist (Non-Tech) 5 Travel: 30% - 40% Reporting To: Vice President, PMO – North America Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable Senior to Mid-Level Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex Digital Health implementation projects across North America. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from ideation and intake through scoping, execution, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in PMI-based methodologies, excels in customer-facing environments, and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within matrixed organizations. This individual will balance client satisfaction with internal portfolio performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Drive projects through idea generation, funnel intake, definition, and scoping phases.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation across complex initiatives.
Ensure successful execution through defined performance metrics and KPIs. Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as the single point of accountability and escalation for project success.
