Fixed‑term Contract – 12‑month contract (Maternity Cover).

The EU Everyday Essentials (EE) team is looking for a passionate, customer‑obsessed individual to help us build tomorrow's Store business. As Product Manager you will drive EU‑wide projects with multiple partner teams spanning Retail, Marketplace, Finance, Tech, Ops and worldwide counterparts. You will work closely with category teams to grow the EE business by expanding strategic selection, driving purchase consolidation, optimizing the regional supply chain network, and improving delivery speed. You will also interact frequently with EU senior leadership and directly impact the Low Price segment. The role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

The successful candidate has a proven track record of delivering EU projects in complex and ambiguous environments, is comfortable interacting with senior leadership in both written and oral form, is analytical and number‑oriented, and can build a business case to prioritize projects. You should also have experience working with tech teams on product roadmaps, strong program‑management skills, and the ability to leverage internal stakeholders to deliver through others.

Preferred location for the role is FR (CDG10), but all EU5 locations are available.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to design, build and develop new features to grow the business and reduce friction for customers.
• Collaborate with other Product Management teams to push EU initiatives driving growth, improving profitability and increasing selection.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive projects with large‑scale impact, delivering on a concrete timeline.
• Work cross‑functionally across internal and external teams, reporting clear updates on prioritization and driving closure on commitments.
• Identify, assess, track and resolve issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
• Build simplified processes to manage intake requests and drive effective decision‑making.
• Work cross‑functionally with EU business teams, executives and software development teams.
• Communicate effectively with executives.
• Solve problems strategically and tactically, while maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
• Experience in product, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
