Job Location: PONT DE CLAIX Job Description Your Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize R&D processes, procedures, and workflows to eliminate inefficiencies.
Lead the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and document process specifications.
Use process mapping tools to visualize workflows and drive improvement discussions.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations for leadership decision-making.
Define and establish project/program management best practices and governance policies.
Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement and governance.
