Key Responsibilities

  • Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking, understanding client business requirements.
  • Configure the Workday solution.
  • Demonstrate configurations through prototype building.
  • Assist the client in testing the solution.
  • Help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Work with the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third‑party or custom solutions.
  • Apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all client engagements.
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s proven solutions.
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
  • Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company.
  • 8+ years of experience working with or implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications.
  • Business fluent in English and French.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Strong presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums.
  • Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience with payroll compliance and/or legislation.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Location & Compensation

Primary Location: France. Base Pay Range: €66,300 EUR – €99,500 EUR.

Work Arrangement

Workdays combine in‑person and remote work. Employees are expected to spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners, depending on the role.
