About the Role

As an Sr Account Executive (farmer) focused on expansion, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across strategic accounts. You will develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to engage C‑level decision‑makers, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is a quota‑carrying, farmer role requiring a strong understanding of enterprise sales, complex deal cycles, and the ability to position our solutions’ business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities through proactive engagement and networking.
  • Develop and execute account‑based sales strategies targeting high‑potential enterprise customers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, often involving multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Line of Business.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions and ensure customer success.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI‑based business cases to executive stakeholders.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement.
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C‑level leaders (CIO, COO, CXO).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
  • Fluency in both French and English languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cloud‑based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions.
  • Familiarity with consultative and value‑based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
  • Strong network and established relationships with large accounts and ecosystem partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus).
