You will be part of the HR France team, which operates on a total workforce of 260 across 3 companies (three collective bargaining agreements: Ceramics, Non-Food Retail and Metallurgy) .

This is a temporary contract (CDD) aiming at replacing the incumbent of the position.

The populations are diverse: Retail for our Tableware division and sales, marketing and support functions for our Sanitaryware division.

As a Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist, you will be in charge of payroll processing and control, as well as employee administrative management. You will ensure compliance with legal and collective bargaining obligations in terms of compensation and personnel management. You will also interact regularly with the German central team in English.

Payroll management

  • - Collect, verify and process payroll variables (overtime, bonuses, absences, etc.).
  • - Draw up and check pay slips in compliance with social and tax legislation.
  • - Process and declare social charges (URSSAF, pension, provident fund, etc.).
  • - Manage balances of accounts in the event of departures.
  • - Monitor social and regulatory developments to ensure compliance with payroll practices.
  • - Administer our Workday HRIS
  • - Manage employee entry and exit formalities (DPAE, affiliation to organizations, work certificates, etc.).
  • - Monitor leave, absences and working hours through our payroll solution
  • - Update personnel files and ensure compliance.
  • - Monitor medical examinations and manage relations with occupational medicine.

Support and advice

  • - Participate in global HR projects
  • - Assist HR Lead in the administration of labor relations.
  • - Answer employees' questions concerning payroll, social security contributions and leave.
  • - Advise and support managers on administrative and regulatory aspects of payroll and personnel management.
  • - Help improve HR processes and implement management tools.

Profile required

Technical skills

  • - Proficiency in payroll software (ADP and SAP ideally).
  • - Good knowledge of labor law and social regulations.
  • - Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • - Knowledge of social declarations and DSN.
  • - Good level of English.
  • - Thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • - Organized and able to manage priorities.
  • - Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • - Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Training and experience

  • - Education: 2 to 5 years' higher education in payroll, human resources, accounting or equivalent.
  • - Experience: 2 to 5 years minimum in payroll management and personnel administration.

Good level of English, ability to interact with HR community in other countries
