About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to drive measurable business outcomes through strategic paid advertising across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and target the right audiences with effective strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as click‑through rates (CTR), conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization based on performance data.
  • Develop and implement remarketing strategies to re‑engage users and drive conversions.
  • Use audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and retargeting to enhance campaign performance.
  • Allocate and optimize budget across campaigns to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve key metrics.
  • Work with content, creative, analytics, and Hub teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and messaging align with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of successful results.
  • Experience in global or multi‑country roles is a plus.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including KPI tracking and optimization (CTR, conversions, CPL, ROI).
  • Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting strategies.
  • ROI‑focused mindset, consistently optimizing campaign performance to achieve business goals.
  • Strategic and adaptable approach, aligning media strategies with business objectives and adjusting based on data, market trends, and changing needs.
  • Fluent in English and French.
