KONE is seeking a service technician to maintain strong on-site relationships with customers and to communicate callouts, ETA, and job performed. You will ensure real-time reporting on equipment status and uphold safety and quality standards during service operations.

You will plan your workload with the service supervisor, contribute to continuous improvement, and support planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs as required.
