Poultry Species Specialist – EMEA

This role can be based in France, Spain, or Portugal and reports to the EMEA Poultry Director. Your scope will primarily cover France while supporting customers and business development initiatives across the wider EMEA region.

Your Role

As our Poultry Species Specialist, you will work closely with feed manufacturers and other key industry stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify opportunities where ADM’s products, services, and expertise can create value.

You will combine technical knowledge, commercial insight, and market understanding to support customers in implementing solutions that improve their operations and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects within the poultry industry, primarily feed manufacturers.
• Identify customer needs and promote ADM’s portfolio of poultry-focused products and services.
• Adapt solutions to specific customer requirements and support their successful implementation.
• Provide technical and scientific expertise in poultry nutrition and production.
• Support customers in evaluating and integrating nutritional solutions within their operations.
• Contribute to customer decision‑making by providing insights on technical, marketing, and economic considerations relevant to their business and market environment.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to help shape future product and service offerings.
• Monitor market trends, emerging challenges, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

• Understanding of business, financial, and market dynamics within the animal nutrition industry.

Your Profile

• Degree in Agricultural, Animal Science, or Agronomy Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the poultry sector, either in technical, commercial, or field‑based roles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical expertise into practical solutions that deliver value for customers.
