Responsibilities

• Cooperate with field teams as the technical and scientific reference for applications to develop, promote and deploy world-class systems and tools.
• Act as the point of contact for Sales and Services teams from prospecting through after-sales.
• Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to evolve products to meet market needs with high value-added and differentiating solutions.
• Create content and deliver trainings for field teams (marketing & sales) when new features/functionalities are available for LC and LC/MS/MS applications.
• Provide technical and scientific support to Account Managers during pre-sales visits.
• Perform product demonstrations (LC and LC/MS/MS) at client sites or in our demonstration center.
• Support business development by identifying, coordinating and implementing Try and Buy / collaborations on innovative applications or critical enterprise cases.
• Train client users on MatChar solutions sold (on-site or in the demonstration center).
• Develop client applications and implement PerkinElmer LC and LC/MS/MS solutions at client sites.
• Ensure training and support for Southern Europe Account Managers and the distributor HTDS.
• Collaborate with Product and Services Managers to identify, communicate and incorporate product improvements to provide competitive differentiating solutions.
• Characterize the external market via analysis and competitive assessments for the territory and market segments.
• Identify and develop a strategy to network with VIP decision-makers in France across market segments we target.
• Participate in regional and/or national meetings presenting PerkinElmer solutions to clients and supporting the sales team in responding to inquiries.
• Attend conferences addressing innovations and market trends to foster professional networks and collaborations.

Professional knowledge

• Specialized knowledge of HPLC and LC/MS/MS technologies.
• Experience in a similar role working closely with sales and/or product support for LC and LC/MS/MS products.
• Knowledge of techniques, applications and markets for MatChar instruments deployed, ideally in toxicology and environmental fields.
• Intermediate level in MS Office Suite – Excel required.
• Experience in creating and delivering training.

Profile

• Scientific degree (Master, PhD) or equivalent experience in LC/LC-MS/MS chromatography technologies.
• Organizational, relational, pedagogical skills; professional English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Availability for business travel.
