Special Projects Coordinator

• Powerdot is looking for a hands-on, highly autonomous project manager to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives across our France & Belgium operations
• You will work at the intersection of operations, analytics, project management, automation and influence, taking ownership of complex topics from problem definition through execution and measurable results
• One of your first major projects will be supporting our response to cable theft, a key operational priority with high top management visibility, requiring coordination across several internal teams as well as external stakeholders
• Beyond cable theft, the role is intentionally broad: you will take on other strategic and operational projects, improve existing processes, build automations and help us create more scalable and efficient ways of working
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, with responsibility for planning, execution, deadlines, KPIs and reporting
• Manage one of our key operational projects around cable theft crackdown, coordinating and automating material availability, field replacement, Préfets lobbying and police alert & response
• Solve problems creatively and structurally, rather than just putting out fires
• Coordinate closely with Local Operations, Central Operations, Product, and Data to ensure actions are completed and blockers are resolved
• Set up the right project routines, trackers and follow-ups to keep teams aligned and ensure actions are completed on time
• Own project reporting and performance tracking, including designing dashboards and providing clear updates and recommendations to senior management
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues and improvement opportunities, and turn them into concrete actions
• Build and improve processes, automations and tools to reduce manual work, improve visibility and make operations more efficient
• Lead Powerdot’s work within Charge France, the national CPO association, on cable theft, working directly with the France & Belgium GM and coordinating with other CPOs, public authorities and prefectures on the industry response

• Languages: Native French and fluent English
• Seniority: 2-3 years of relevant experience
