Space Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Within the Quality team, you will serve as a Space Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F).
• You will be responsible for quality planning, as well as adapting and deploying processes.
• You will ensure the implementation of quality activities and contribute to project monitoring through reviews, checks and indicator tracking.
• Create and update quality documentation (quality assurance plan, MIP/KIP, CIL…).
• Act as the interface with the Project Assurance (PA) and represent Quality to clients and suppliers.
• Ensure proper application of processes and compliance with internal requirements.
• Participate in project reviews and validate datapacks.
• Take part in the risk analysis process.
• Manage deviations and Non-Conformities.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
• You have significant experience of at least 2 years in quality
• Operational level of English, both written and spoken
• Analytical thinking, synthesis, initiative and ability to make proposals will be major assets
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 as well as ECSS and DO-254 standards is essential
• Knowledge of DO-178 and additional experience with DO-254 would be a plus
