- Responsible for the end-to-end processing of local purchase orders, including order placement, progress tracking, lead time confirmation, and logistics status management, ensuring timely inventory arrival.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local suppliers on daily order-related matters, sample delivery, quality inspection arrangements, and exception handling (e.g., stock shortages, packaging discrepancies, delivery delays).
Documentation & System Entry
- Manage purchase contract filing, maintain system transaction records, perform reconciliation, and assist the Procurement Manager with payment term settlements.
- Regularly compile purchase and inventory reports, monitor out-of-stock alerts across stores, and promptly communicate supply-side fluctuations.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in order follow-up / procurement assistant roles in retail, trading, or e-commerce; familiar with standard procurement SOPs.
- Skills: Strong numerical sensitivity, proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP / pivot tables), and solid documentation and filing capabilities.
- Languages: Fluent written English; European local language proficiency is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong ability to work under pressure, and capable of responding quickly to sudden logistics or delivery exceptions.
