Sourcing Manager

YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner supporting international luxury brands with high-end leather goods hardware, fashion jewelry, and precision metal components. Our luxury hardware business combines product engineering, precision manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and quality management to support international leather goods and accessories brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager based in France to support our international leather goods hardware business and strengthen connections with the European luxury sourcing ecosystem. The role is suitable for professionals who understand how luxury brands evaluate suppliers, develop components, and manage long-term manufacturing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with sourcing, procurement, product development, and supplier-management professionals.
• Provide insights into sourcing requirements and supplier expectations within the French luxury market.
• Support the identification and evaluation of potential hardware development opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between brand-side teams and YIBI's manufacturing teams.
• Share relevant market and supplier intelligence.
• Support selected sourcing and new-product development projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or product development.
• Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, handbags, or accessories is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supplier evaluation and international sourcing processes.
• Existing relationships within the French luxury ecosystem are an advantage.
