Solving Leader Master (f/m)
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solving Leader Master (f/m) to join our Quality Programme based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team managing QSR (Quality Survey Report), SARI (SAfety Related Items), and In‑Service Events. As part of the team, you will be involved in complex problem‑solving aiming at reducing non‑quality and improving aircraft safety. Your challenges:
- Lead Multi‑Functional Teams (MFT) applying 9S/8D methods to contain and eradicate top irritants.
- Characterize problems, identify technical/systemic root causes, and deploy effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Report progress, secure 9S data quality, accelerate risks to sponsors, and participate in routines.
- Qualify new Solving Leaders, act as an internal trainer/tutor, and promote the SOLVING culture.
- Animate the Community of Practice, support peers proactively, and share return on experience.
Your boarding pass:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
- Solid methodology and experience in complex problem‑solving.
- Technical expertise in an aeronautical domain is an asset.
- Ability to bridge organisations across international, complex environments (plants, suppliers, customers).
- Negotiation level of English.
