Who Are We?

At Fipto, we are solving payment challenges using blockchain technology. We are redefining how businesses move money globally, replacing the fragmented infrastructure of traditional banking with a modern, programmable infrastructure powered by blockchain and stablecoins. Payments settle in minutes, not days. Transactions cost a fraction of traditional payments. Execution is available 24/7/365. Our infrastructure is fully regulated, internationally licensed and ISO certified.

We are still a team of around thirty people, so every person has real influence on how Fipto grows. You will work closely with experienced leaders, take ownership from day one, and help shape a company at the frontier of blockchain and traditional finance.

Join us, and help build the future of payments.

What is the role of a Solutions Engineer at Fipto?

Pre‑Sales Support and Sales Cycle Management

  • Join calls and product demonstrations alongside the commercial team, contributing technical and operational expertise.
  • Qualify prospect requirements (PSPs, large corporates, funds) across payments, treasury, compliance, and integration dimensions.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Produce tailored commercial proposals and functional architecture documents for each prospect.

Onboarding and Institutional Client Engagement

  • Manage complex onboarding phases: coordinate internal teams (Product, Compliance, Engineering), track KYB/KYC milestones, and oversee document collection.
  • Act as the interface between client operational requirements and Fipto’s product and technology teams.
  • Document integration journeys and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes.

Operational and Regulatory Expertise

  • Advise prospects on the operational implications of Fipto’s solutions (fund flows, reporting, liquidity management).
  • Translate MiCA, travel rule, and AML requirements into concrete onboarding and integration steps for prospects.
  • Support the Compliance team during due diligence by clarifying client operating models and use cases.

Cross‑functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Provide structured market feedback to the Product team based on insights gathered during sales cycles.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales enablement materials: product sheets, presentations, technical FAQs.
  • Participate in building out the pre‑sales function as the commercial team scales.

About You

  • More than 8 years of experience in fintech, payments, or B2B financial services environments.
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end onboarding of regulated financial institutions (PSPs, brokers, banks) — including KYB/KYC coordination, compliance workstreams, and integration management — from an operational or product background rather than a pure sales role.
  • Strong command of payment operations: local and international payments, liquidity management, correspondent banking, and stablecoins.
  • Sound understanding of financial compliance: KYB/KYC, AML, European regulation (MiCA, PSD2/PSD3), and travel rule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong analytical rigour and ability to synthesise complex topics for varied audiences (C‑level executives, compliance officers, technical teams).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (REST APIs, integration specifications) without necessarily writing code.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in technically driven, high‑growth environments.
  • Autonomy, organisational discipline, and the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
  • Confidently engaging with demanding institutional counterparts.
  • Results‑oriented, pragmatic, and capable of building processes in a scale‑up context.

Recruitment Process

  • Initial HR screening call with Sandra, Head of People (30 or 45 minutes, phone).
  • Interview with Gregoire, our CRO (30 or 45 minutes, video).
  • Technical test or Business case (to be prepared on your own within 2 hours).
  • Debrief interview with Gregoire (CRO) and Bertrand (COO), (1 hour, video or at the office).
  • Interview with the co‑founder, Patrick (45 minutes, video or at the office).

Salary and Benefits

  • Fixed compensation ranging from 90K‑ to 100K fixed + variable (tied to qualified pipeline and closed‑won deals), depending on experience.
  • A stake in Fipto's success through BSPCE, our equity participation plan.
  • Between 8 and 12 additional rest days per year (RTT), on top of statutory paid leave.
  • A remote‑friendly working policy, adapted to each role.
  • Swile luncheon vouchers, Alan private health insurance, and partial reimbursement of commuting costs.
  • A supportive parental policy for expecting and new parents.
  • Two company‑wide gatherings each year, each lasting two days, to reflect on our growth and strengthen team bonds.

We respond within 24 hours.

At Fipto, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where every individual's unique background, perspective, and talent is valued and celebrated.
