Reporting directly to the Head of Sales EMEA & APAC, you will be responsible for demonstrating the added value of the solution to prospects. You will support clients from the initial discussions and demonstrations through to full production implementation.
Working closely with the Sales team, you will be responsible for addressing complex challenges, understanding business needs, and defining success criteria in order to design tailored solutions that deliver tangible and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand complex client business challenges and advise on deployment strategies
- Map and analyze clients internal systems and information flow architectures
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations highlighting the solution’s unique value proposition
- Support clients over the long term to ensure the solution aligns with their business objectives and technical requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to drive adoption and relay customer feedback
Profile
- Fluency in English is mandatory to interact with international customers
- Pre-sales experience within an enterprise SaaS environment; cybersecurity experience is a plus
- Strong consultative approach focused on solving customer business challenges
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible language for diverse audiences
- Experience building strong customer relationships
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
