Role

We have a unique opening described as a mini-founder engineer. It's both a customer-focused solution engineering role and a senior lead engineering role for our Paris office. Here's an overview:

• Customers introduce themselves, with 80% engaging in a 1-month trial.
• Of those, 80% opt for an enterprise license.
• Customers provide feedback and feature requests via dedicated Slack channels.

Most interactions are asynchronous, involving engineering solutions rather than sales pitches. You may execute fixes yourself or delegate to the engineering team. You will have ample time to work on larger features. You will possess comprehensive context about our customers, their needs, and our product constraints.

We seek a special individual with the skills of a senior engineer and comfort handling customers directly—similar to our current team member Alexander Petric in the US.

Join a nimble team with a loved product, experiencing strong growth in enterprise revenue ($1M to $2M ARR in the last 6 months). This is a rare opportunity to play a core role in our expanding company.

Compensation is competitive, between $60k-$90k, with in-person work 3 days a week in Paris.
