The Role

• Provide technical expertise and pre sales support for web3 and AI tools.
• Define and drive solution architectures in collaboration with sales, product and engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and present tailored technical solutions to prospective clients.
• Work cross functionally with sales, engineering and product to shape proposals and roadmaps.
• Demonstrate proofs of concept and technical demos to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Capture customer feedback and feed insights back into product development.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials for customers and internal teams.
• Engage with developer and open source communities to evangelise the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a pre sales technical role, ideally in web3, AI or enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to design robust, scalable system architectures aligned with customer needs.
• Experience working with customer requirements and translating them into action, ideally with hands on technical delivery.
• Passion for web3 technologies, cryptocurrency or AI driven workflows.
• Fluent in French and English to support local client engagement.
