The Role

We’re looking for a Solutions Designer who is a technical expert combining deep automation skills with the pedagogical flair to guide clients through complex transformations. You act as part consultant, part architect, and part developer, building complex automations and explaining them to non‑experts.

Your Mission

• Support & Enablement
  • Onboard & Mentor: Drive the onboarding of new clients and partners, ensuring they grasp Mindflow’s full power.
  • Assist Solution Engineers: Act as a force multiplier by providing hands‑on assistance to fellow SEs.
  • Scale Knowledge: Create reusable technical content (flows, demos, documentation) to accelerate team enablement and customer autonomy.
• Technical Discovery
  • Deep‑Dive Scoping: Lead discovery sessions with prospects to uncover their existing infrastructure, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Voice of the Field: Capture insights from the field to identify product gaps and technical requirements for product and engineering collaboration.
• Solution Fit
  • Architecture Design: Map Mindflow’s capabilities to the prospect’s ecosystem and architect end‑to‑end systems (integrations, workflows, AI agents) for SecOps, ITOps, CloudOps, or BizOps.
  • Value Validation: Lead technical proposals, solution briefs, and RFP responses to prove Mindflow is the perfect technical fit.
• Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Hands‑on Building: Turn abstract requirements into functional realities using APIs and JSON.
  • Value Demonstration: Deliver functional pilots that prove ROI and automation velocity to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Must‑have

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with APIs, JSON, and scripting—whether as a developer, solutions engineer, automation engineer, or advanced technical support role.
• Significant first experience in either Cybersecurity or IT.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders who are not experts.
• Pragmatic, problem‑solver mindset and ability to deconstruct complex manual processes into clean automated workflows.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice‑to-have

• Experience in Professional Services or as a consultant, managing complex projects with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or automation tools.
• Side projects that demonstrate curiosity and drive to create.
