You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and presenting innovative solutions to our clients.

YOUR SCOPE

Architecture and Development

• Design and implement scalable, reliable solutions for on‑premises, cloud (with a focus on Azure) and hybrid deployments of the company’s solution.
• Automate application deployment, monitoring, and management (CI/CD pipelines).
• Ensure seamless integration and compliance with healthcare standards, including HL7 and DICOM.

Product release and incident analysis

• Participate in the deployment of new product features and releases and manage the IT configuration changes accordingly.
• Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting before escalation to the development team (Level 3).

Collaboration and Client Engagement

• Attend client meetings to gather requirements and propose tailored architecture and IT solutions.
• Deliver clear, engaging presentations and demonstrations of IT solutions to stakeholders.

DevOps Practices

• Implement and maintain DevOps best practices for infrastructure and application management.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and ensure high availability.
• Implement FinOps practices to control and optimize infrastructure spending.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Work closely with development, customer experience, security and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a technical advisor, supporting teams in adopting and leveraging cloud technologies.

YOUR HARD & SOFT SKILLS

• At least one experience as a DevOps Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7 and DICOM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry or working on healthcare projects.
• Certification in Azure or other cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
