Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical and customer‑oriented Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from pre‑sales through implementation and ongoing success, bridging Sales, Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor during sales, qualifying opportunities and designing solutions that meet customer needs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand compliance workflows, architecture and integration requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts showcasing how Dotfile solves customer challenges.
• Design tailored technical solutions and integration architectures for prospects.
• Create proposals, solution documentation and integration plans.
• Respond to technical questions in RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts during and after onboarding.
• Manage technical aspects of onboarding: integration, configuration and deployment.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term success.
• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Evaluate customer usage to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate requirements and influence roadmap.
• Stay current on compliance regulations, industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to technical collateral, best‑practice documentation, training materials and internal knowledge base.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, engineering, or customer success in SaaS, fintech or RegTech.
• Strong technical skills, deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols and modern integration patterns.
• Experience designing technical architectures and communicating complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, demonstration and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative approach with the ability to quickly understand and translate customer business challenges into technical requirements.
• Experience managing technical onboarding projects and resolving issues end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple customers and opportunities.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, creative solution design.
• Experience with RegTech or financial services technology (nice to have).
• Fluent in English; French and other languages are a plus.
• Passionate about technology and helping customers succeed through innovative solutions.
