The Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting solution-based sales by delivering customized service solutions for high-potential opportunities and strategic client accounts.## ## **Responsibilities**### **Sales Support – Solution Consultant Remit**
- Provide support to Sales Teams for the following: + Demonstrate knowledge of TNS product and solution capabilities for payment solutions. + Support Sales presentations and meetings with new and existing customers. + Maintain regular contact with TNS customers. + Assist with customer responses to RFPs/RFIs. + Understand TNS’ customer base and the Payment market for the relevant country and region. + Advise and recommend products and solutions tailored to customer needs. + Produce technical proposals for Sales opportunities. + Develop cost models for Sales opportunities. + Create technical requirements for internal delivery teams.**Revenue Targets and Generation – Solution Consultant Remit**
- Understand and maintain knowledge of sales and revenue targets.
- Review Sales Pipeline to align priorities and maximize revenue.
- Identify opportunities to support revenue growth and pipeline activities.**Industry Awareness – Solution Consultant Remit**
- Maintain market and business awareness of the Payments Industry.
- Stay informed on Payment Industry standards, including: + Security Standards. + Message and Protocol Standards. + New and Alternative Payment Acceptance methods.
- Understand customers’ business objectives within the Payment Industry.**Deliverable Objectives – Solution Consultant & Post-Sale Remit**
- Build and maintain relationships with Internal Delivery and Support teams.
- Collaborate with Internal Operational teams.
- Ensure technical understanding and updates of Products and Services.
- Produce and maintain accurate costing models.
- Ensure technical documents adhere to established standards.
- Develop and maintain Service Management and Operational relationships.
- Ensure delivery processes are followed.**Group Objectives**
- Build and maintain relationships with Solutions Consultants across regions.
- Promote and support information sharing within the group.
- Provide training and share skills and knowledge with group members.## ## **Qualifications**## **Connect – Payment Connectivity** **Core Experience (3+ Years):*** **Data Networking Expertise**: + IP-Based Access Services (Local & Wide Area Networking)
- Layer 2: Ethernet, VLANs
- Layer 3: VPN services, IP-based services + Software Defined WAN (SDWAN) –F
- ortinet product skill set* + Vendor hardware knowledge: **Cisco, Fortinet, Teltonika, Virtual Access** + Relevant technical certifications:C
- Cxx, NSE, etc.***Access IP Services:**
- Broadband: FTTC/FTTP, Ethernet-based services
- Wireless: 4G/5G
- Internet-based services: VPN, TLS
- Cisco Umbrella, ZTNA services**Additional Technical Knowledge:**
- Firewalls: Fortigate, Cisco
- IP Addressing, NAT, IP SLA, Qo
S Profiles
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

- Languages: **French & English required**, German desirable
