Job Description
This is a remote position.
CirroCraft is an official Zoho implementation partner. We believe the future of software is outcome first, and we are built for this shift. We design and run business systems, owning the outcomes so our customers see real impact, not just great implementations.
We are a globally distributed team across India, USA and Canada. Founded by Zoho alumni with high conviction in the platform, our team brings clarity, hands‑on experience, and practical guidance to every engagement.
We work with frontier AI models like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT alongside Zoho's own Zia. So beyond building systems with a long‑term, foundational approach, every system we build delivers immediate, tangible business impact with AI.
We are building CirroCraft on a few principles we live by:
- High standards across every function that we don't compromise on
- Smart, hard work beats talent
- We keep learning
- Rewards and compensation are based on outcomes, without a cap
Our work is fundamentally about people and their business needs, so we hold ourselves to being fair, dependable, and easy to work with. Whether it is a client or a teammate, we want the other person to succeed as much as we want to ourselves.
About the Role
This is a 3‑month, remote internship opportunity for people who enjoy understanding how businesses really work, and build systems and processes that can make these businesses work even better, while building a career in Cloud consulting, AI services, and Systems Architecture.
Based on performance and mutual agreement, this internship can be extended to 6 months.
As a Solutions Architect Intern, you will work closely with CirroCraft's Heads of Professional Services and Business Development. Your responsibilities will span the full implementation lifecycle – from understanding a client's day‑to‑day business operations, pain‑points, and requirements, to designing and building efficient and seamless workflows, automations, and dashboards using Zoho based products and various AI models, which will support the client's operational and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & configuration
- Understand a client’s day‑to‑day business operations, pain‑points, and requirements
- Design efficient systems, processes, automations, and implementation blueprints
- Build and deploy these business solutions on Zoho based products for clients
- Client engagement
- Actively participate in requirement‑gathering sessions with clients. Learn to listen, question, and translate business needs into technical specs
- Design dashboards and reports for real‑time business visibility for clients
- Quality assurance & project handover
- Develop guides, user manuals, and training material to ensure our clients successfully adopt the solutions we’ve built for them
- Create QA processes – rigorous testing around edge cases and making sure clients are ready to get started on their systems from day 1
This is an unpaid internship, designed as an intensive, mentorship‑driven learning experience. The tools that you will get access to, the exposure, and the technical and soft‑skills you’ll gain here are meant to fast‑track your career in Consulting and Solutions Design. That said, we believe in rewarding outcomes, and we’ll make sure your effort is recognized and rewarded accordingly.
Requirements
Must‑Haves- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem‑solving
- Attention to detail – you notice even when things are slightly off and it bothers you (in a good way)
- Ability to learn new software tools quickly and independently
- Strong written and communication skills for documentation and client interactions
- Self‑discipline to work productively in a remote setup, with willingness to commit for at least 3 months full‑time/part‑time
- Familiarity with any Zoho product (even free‑tier personal‑use counts)
- Basic understanding of spreadsheets, and how data should be structured to be easily understood
- Any programming or software development experience (Deluge, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with AI tools for coding assistance or productivity
- Understanding of basic business processes such as sales pipelines, invoicing, project management, customer support
Benefits
- Learn from people who built and scaled world‑class products. Your mentors are seasoned SaaS professionals who’ve worked on intelligent products and their global expansion. You will understand not just how to configure Zoho, but why – the best practices, the edge cases.
- Sponsored training and certification on Zoho and Anthropic products relevant to your role. We cover the cost – you build credentials that are recognized globally.
- Deploy thoughtfully crafted solutions for real businesses. You won’t be working in sandbox environments or following tutorial steps. Every configuration you build at CirroCraft goes live for an actual business. By the end of this program, your portfolio will include implementations that demonstrate measurable business impact.
- Become AI‑fluent. We will give you a Claude Pro account and train you to use AI as an implementation accelerator from generating scripts to designing solution architectures to writing client documentation. Our goal is to ensure that, by the end of the internship, you’ll be working at a speed and quality level that typically takes professionals years to develop.
- Receive proof of work
- A detailed experience letter from CirroCraft leadership
- A recommendation letter highlighting your specific contributions
- LinkedIn endorsements from industry professionals on your public profile
- A body of work to add to your professional portfolio
- A path to full‑time employment. This isn’t a placeholder statement. We are building a team, and this internship is how we find people we want to work with long‑term. If we work well together, we would like to take it forward. Folks who understand the opportunity in this business, align with our vision and work well as a team will be offered a full‑time role.
What You’re Signing Up For
- Excellence over shortcuts – We would rather do fewer things exceptionally than many things poorly
- Learning is the job – We expect you to be better in month 3 than in month 1, and we will do our part to ensure it
- Ownership, not tasks – You will own outcomes, not just tick off items on a to‑do list
- Transparency always – We will be honest about what’s working and what’s not, and we expect the same in return
- Balance is non‑negotiable – Remote work should give you freedom, not a burnout
