As a Solutions Architect, you will demonstrate how the Databricks Data & Intelligence Platform solves complex data challenges for customers. You will collaborate with a customer‑focused team, create customized solutions, and guide businesses toward data‑driven outcomes.

Impact and Responsibilities

• Build successful relationships with Greenfield (New Logo) clients in the SMB market in France, providing technical and business value alongside Account Executives.
• Operate as an expert in big data analytics, becoming a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation to support successful adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures, how‑to guides, demo applications, and leading workshops, seminars, and meet‑ups to build the Databricks community in the region.
• Grow your knowledge to the level of a technical and/or industry specialist.

Key Qualifications

• Engage customers in technical sales, challenge questions, guide clear outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with account executives and internal teams.
• Prior experience coding in a core programming language (Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn a base level of Spark.
• Proficiency with Big Data Analytics technologies and hands‑on expertise with complex proofs‑of‑concept and public cloud platforms.
• Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences with varying technical depth.

Mandatory Requirements

• Location requirement: the role must be within the Paris region to enable hybrid schedule commuting.
• Flexibility to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, events, and trainings.
• Business proficiency in both French and English.
