Overview

Solutions Architect | Europe (Remote) | Blockchain / Cryptography | Up to €160K + tokens

We’re partnering with a cryptography-first start-up tackling data privacy in the blockchain space. Their FHE protocol has applications across DeFi and traditional finance, with use cases ranging from tokenisation to RWA protection.

This is a chance to work at the cutting edge of secure computation, working closely with enterprise clients and helping translate deep tech into real-world value. You'll bridge technical solutions with commercial impact – all while staying hands-on and deeply technical.

Day-to-Day

• Lead technical conversations with clients across banking, capital markets, and Web3
• Design architecture proposals and proofs-of-concept based on complex client needs
• Be the technical go-to in sales meetings, workshops, and pre-sales calls
• Own the pre-sales engineering journey from discovery through onboarding
• Partner with product and engineering to shape the roadmap based on customer needs
• Build documentation, diagrams, and onboarding assets

Skills / Experience

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role (SA, pre-sales, or consulting)
• Strong exposure to blockchain (Ethereum, L2s, smart contracts, custody, tokenisation)
• Deep understanding of cryptographic tools like FHE, ZK, or MPC
• Comfortable leading complex conversations with enterprise stakeholders
• Familiarity with regulatory themes in fintech or TradFi
• Bonus: previous experience working with custodians, exchanges, or digital asset platforms
