- Design complete warehouse solutions for both greenfield and brownfield environments, with a focus on 3PL and intralogistics operations.
- Design warehouses integrating BALYO automation solutions (AGVs/AMRs), optimizing their layout, operational performance, and economic value within the overall solution.
- Analyze customer flows, including SKUs, volumes, throughput, and operational constraints, and develop corresponding operating models.
- Develop warehouse layouts and equipment configurations (AutoCAD or equivalent), covering storage, material flows, operational areas, and equipment.
- Size and dimension logistics resources and equipment, including labor, material handling equipment, and automation.
- Build business cases covering costs, ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, and productivity gains.
- Participate in RFQs and RFPs, including requirements analysis, solution design, and customer presentations.
- Develop and compare multiple design scenarios and recommend the optimal solution based on operational, technical, and economic criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of design standards, methodologies, and best practices.
