Scope
The Solution Specialist provides technical and business expertise to support Tribun Health Sales teams and Distribution Partners throughout the sales cycle.
The role combines pre-sales, solution consulting, bid management and market intelligence to deliver high-quality customer engagements and accelerate business growth through both direct and indirect sales channels.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the Solution Specialist helps customers and partners design, position and deploy Tribun Health solutions while promoting best practices in Digital Pathology and Healthcare IT.
Missions
- Provide technical pre-sales support to Tribun Health Sales teams and Distribution Partners.
- Support opportunity qualification, customer meetings, workshops and product demonstrations.
- Assist partners in positioning Tribun Health solutions and developing business opportunities.
- Design customer-specific solution architectures and deployment recommendations.
- Contribute to quotations and commercial proposals.
- Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs and public tenders.
- Coordinate proposal development with Product Management, Customer Experience, Regulatory Affairs and Sales teams.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, proposals and customer presentations.
- Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, technical collateral and competitive intelligence.
Solution Consulting
- Advise customers and partners on solution architecture and deployment strategies.
- Support technical qualification, proof of concepts and solution sizing.
- Recommend appropriate deployment models including On-Premise, Private Cloud, Public Cloud and Hybrid architectures.
- Contribute to integration strategies with customer healthcare information systems.
Product & Partner Enablement
- Deliver webinars, technical presentations and partner enablement sessions.
- Develop sales collateral and technical documentation.
- Promote Tribun Health's Digital Pathology and AI portfolio.
- Share product knowledge and best practices across internal teams and partner networks.
- Identify market trends and emerging customer needs.
- Support the definition of new solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide structured customer and market feedback to Product Management and R&D.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Tribun Health's sales enablement assets and competitive positioning.
Hard and soft skills
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering.
- Experience supporting both direct sales organizations and international distribution partners.
- Strong experience responding to complex RFPs, RFIs and public procurement processes.
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience including workshops, demonstrations and executive presentations.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand clinical, business and technical requirements.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear and effective solution proposals.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT environments and solution architectures.
- Ability to discuss infrastructure, cloud, networking and cybersecurity topics with customer IT teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across international and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement.

- Digital Pathology and Anatomical Pathology workflows.

- Healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR).

Initial training and experience sought after
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare IT or a related discipline.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Software or Medical Device industries.
Location of position
Approximately 40–50% travel, primarily within EMEA with occasional international travel.
