As a Solution Engineer – US & UK Markets , you will play a key role in supporting our sales expansion across English-speaking markets. You’ll act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring a seamless and confident buying experience for increasingly complex deals.
This is a newly created position , reflecting strong growth and demand across the US and UK. You’ll join a team of six Solution Engineers and report directly to Director of Sales Services, working closely with the Sales department and the broader sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with Sales teams to support prospects throughout the pre‑sales process.
Lead product demonstrations and technical deep‑dives, tailoring each presentation to client needs.
Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and ensure technical accuracy in all documentation.
Act as the main technical point of contact for complex opportunities (typically 30+ licenses).
Supervise and optimize test accounts to deliver a seamless trial experience.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align on features, roadmap, and client feedback.
Contribute to webinars, sales enablement sessions, and internal knowledge sharing.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, or conferences to represent Ringover and support the sales team.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 3 Months
Build strong product knowledge and autonomy on demos.
Gain full understanding of internal processes and sales rhythm.
Develop effective collaboration with the sales and product teams.
Profile Requirements
Hard Skills
3–5 years of experience in a SaaS or ATS/HR Tech environment (knowledge of ATS is a plus).
Solid technical understanding: API integrations, webhooks, AI features, and ability to interpret code logic.
Reading technical documentation.
Familiarity with SaaS product workflows and ideally telecom concepts.
Fluent English (bilingual level required); French conversational level is a plus.
